The small print
Editorial policy
Where the facts on bluebow.co come from, what we will not claim about our tools, and how to report a mistake.
The people who run the Bluebow catalog write every page on bluebow.co. Here is how a fact gets onto a page.
Facts about the tools
Piece counts, torque, pressure, flow, load ratings, battery figures, speeds and drive sizes are taken from our own product data, one tool at a time. A figure printed for one tool is never carried over to another: if a tool does not state its speed, its page prints no speed.
The photographs show our own tools. Pictures with slogans, arrows or figures printed over them stay off the site. The film on the home page is cut from our own footage of the range.
What we do not claim
We do not compare our tools with a rival by percentage, we do not promise that a bolt will come loose or that a lifter will hold a given sheet in your hands, and we do not read a maximum torque or load figure as the figure you should use on your car or your glass. Where a page talks about torque, lubrication, lifting or batteries, it names the source, and the source is linked from our guides.
Corrections
If a figure, a price or a sentence here is wrong, write to workshop@bluebow.co. We fix the page and the product data behind it.
