    Standard grease fittings (zerks) on vehicles, tractors, implements, trailers and machinery. Keep your free hand clear of the coupler while the trigger is down, because the pressure is enough to inject grease through skin.

    About this tool

    Twelve thousand PSI at the trigger, and two batteries so the gun never waits

    Our grease gun kit replaces the lever gun that takes two hands and a knee against the fender. A 21 V motor drives the pump to 12,000 PSI, which is the pressure that clears a fitting plugged with last season's hardened grease, and the trigger meters the flow with one finger. The blue kit pumps 7.05 ounces a minute, the teal kit 5.3, and both reach the fitting through a 39.4 inch flexible hose and light it with an LED under the head.

    The kit is built for a day of fittings, not one. Two 4.0 Ah batteries ride in the case with the charger, so one charges while the other feeds a tractor, a baler or a trailer axle. The teal kit names an air bleeder valve for purging air after a refill, which is the difference between a gun that spits at the first fitting and one that flows from the start. Everything packs back into the carrying case for the truck.
