About this tool
A ten-inch cup that pumps its own vacuum and tops it up on the job
The electric lifter takes the pumping out of the lift. Set the 10 inch pad on glass, tile or polished stone, press once and the motor draws the vacuum, press twice and it lets go. A digital screen shows the pressure and the battery, and if the hold drops below 573 lb during a lift the pump cuts in and brings it back to the rated 662 lb. That refill is the reason to carry a motor on a cup: a slow leak on a long carry no longer ends on the floor.
Four 3.0 Ah batteries come in the storage box, each charging in one and a half to two hours, so a day of setting large-format tile does not stop for a charger. The rule on surfaces is the one you keep, and so do we: glass, tile, metal, a windshield and finished MDF, never rough, curved, holed or unfinished boards. Inspect the pad before your first lift and keep your sheet well under the rating.
The suction cups shelf holds 1 more tool beside the 10" Electric Suction Cup, and every one belongs to the Bluebow flagships.
One press to hold, two to release
The motor pumps the pad down, and a double press vents it. No lever, no manual pumping between sheets.
Auto refill below 573 lb
The pressure control watches the vacuum and restores the rated 662 lb when it bleeds down.
Four batteries, 1.5 to 2 hours each
Swap an empty cell for a full one and keep setting. The screen shows the charge left.
Before you start
A load rating is a figure on a clean, smooth, non-porous surface. Inspect the pad for nicks before the first lift, wipe the surface, weigh the sheet and keep well under the rating; the vacuum lifting guidance we read says a cup should fail only above twice its safe working load, and that porous or loose material has dropped loads.
Questions
About the Bluebow 10" Electric Suction Cup
What happens if the Bluebow electric cup loses pressure during a lift?
When the hold drops below 573 lb the pump cuts in and brings it back to the rated 662 lb; the screen shows the pressure the whole time.
